2. Work with supply management and order management team,drive order/material/capacity to fulfil customer demand.

3. Book capacity at weekly/Monthly level and balance factory production smoothly.

4. Support NPI launch at factory.

5. Overall inventory management, including amount , excess, aging and scrap management.

1. 5 years experience in planning.

2. Deep understanding in planning logic and SCM.

3. Be familar with SAP and I2 system.

4. A team work player who can work under big pressure.

5. Good communication skills ,strong capability to work with cross functions.

6. Strong sense of customer centric.

7. Well balance delivery and cost.

8. English can be used as working language.

9. Bachelor's degree or above.
