- Lead to define VMVO for Seals OS and SPT operation to be in line with SBU and plant level VMVO yearly.

- Setting BBS/BWB targets for key product lines/procedures based on the VMVO and loss deployment.

- Defining the major yearly single agenda for supporting the target improvement and loss elimination.

- Budgeting major Capex, Spending, Head Counts based on the planned routines to tackle the high risks and single agenda for improvement.

- Communicating and confirming targets KPIs and OPIs to the team in all levels related.

- Participate and monitoring PCS/DCS deviation analysis/closing, checking the effectiveness of the PCS/DCS.

- Organize mentoring and training according to the skills/knowledge gaps identified through WCM activities.

- Set long term people development plans (IDP) and get resources to fulfill for the scope in charge.

- Ensure the progress of the NPI projects with controlled time, quality and cost.

任职要求：

- Bachelor/master’s degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Materials Science. Business Management minor is a plus.

- At least 5 years’ related working experience in managerial position in manufacturing industry.

- Team leader/player with good self-awareness and people skills

- Customer-oriented, take the initiative and work proactively from business point of view.

- WCM skills: Basic WCM pillar and PCS management knowledges. GB preferred.

- Work proactively by coordinating and lead the team for problem solving.

- English speaking and writing fluency.

- Clear and logical presentation skills both in Chinese and in English.

- Self-motivated with dedication to long term goals.

- Honest and adhere to the company rules/the ethics.

- Adaptable to new situations, Open to change and driving improvements.
