61 Monitor demand forecast accuracy, analyze deviations, and continuously optimize forecasting models.

61 Responsible for replenishment strategies for Omni-channel & business partner, to ensure rational inventory allocation and prevent stockouts or overstock.

61 Support supply chain planning for new projects (e.g., product launches, channel expansion) to align inventory readiness with business timelines.

61 Generate regular inventory analysis reports (e.g., inventory health, slow-moving stock alerts), propose optimization solutions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to address abnormal inventory.

61 Manage import/export operations with freight forwarders.

61 Processing of related payment applications

61 Complete other tasks assigned by team lead.

Qualification Requirement

61 Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics is preferred

61 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning/inventory management, with familiarity in demand planning, replenishment logic, and inventory analysis.

61 Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.

61 Fluent in English (written and spoken).

61 Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and excellent communication/coordination abilities.

工作内容（需英语作为工作语言）

1.负责全渠道（电商及零售）产品需求预测，通过分析历史数据、市场趋势和运营计划，制定精准的预测模型;

2.监控需求预测准确性，分析偏差并持续优化预测模型;

3.负责全渠道及业务合作伙伴的补货策略，确保合理的库存分配，避免缺货或库存积压;

4.支持新项目（如产品上市、渠道扩展）的供应链规划，确保库存准备与业务时间表一致；

5.定期生成库存分析报告（如库存健康状况、滞销品预警），提出优化方案，并协调跨部门团队解决异常库存问题;

6.管理进出口业务，与货运代理合作;

7.处理相关付款申请;

8.完成团队领导分配的其他任务。

任职要求

1.本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流、统计等相关专业优先;

2年以上供应链规划/库存管理经验，熟悉需求计划、补货逻辑及库存分析;

3.熟练使用Excel，有Power BI经验者优先;

4.英语流利（书面及口语）;

5.具备较强的分析能力、逻辑思维及出色的沟通/协调能力。
