What you’ll do
61Sort out the advanced manufacturing plan of the industry, formulate the development plan of digital and intelligent innovation and intelligent manufacturing, take the lead in organizing and designing the network architecture to meet the needs of the workshop, and comprehensively promote the construction of intelligent workshops.
61Provide end-to-end comprehensive solutions for diagnosing intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation problems in workshops.
61Responsible for the research and development of digital and intelligent technologies, such as industrial Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, intelligent operation and maintenance, etc., and promote their application in intelligent manufacturing.
61Pay attention to the technical trends in the field of digital intelligence and introduce new intelligent manufacturing practices.
61Participate in intelligent manufacturing project demand research, digital scene identification, scheme design and implementation.
61Lead the promotion of intelligent manufacturing related projects, be responsible for key business solutions, and identify project risks to ensure the success of the project.
61Leading the implementation of informatization such as digital transformation of production lines and MES development.
61Based on the existing platform, optimization suggestions are put forward, and end-to-end solutions are provided for the problems existing in the production line manufacturing system.
What you’ll bring
61Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in intelligent production.
61Experience requirements: more than 3 years of work experience, including at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
61Skill Requirements:
1.Programming & Software Development Skills: Knowledge of proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++,
2.Data analysis and mining ability: master data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, MATLAB, Python data analysis library, etc
3.Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Master the basic principles of artificial intelligence and machine learning and be able to use relevant tools and frameworks for model training and application development.
4.Systems Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand and analyze complex systems and solve practical problems in a structured manner.
5.Good communication skills, teamwork skills and project management skills, able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
6.Continuous Learning and Adaptability.
7.Innovation & Entrepreneurship: Innovative thinking, the ability to come up with new solutions and business models, the courage to experiment and take risks to drive innovation and development on the shop floor.
