设备工程师/主管

1.碳化硅设备部门相关设备安装和验机;团队管理。

2.建立并维护设备操作，维护程序和安全规范

3.设备调试和matching；成本和预算管理。

4.设备的维护和保养的管理；熟悉ASML各种机型。

5.监视设备运行效率和稳定性；持续改进设备的生产率、稳定性和降低设备维护成本。

6.管理和维护外延工程设备的生产性能 Manage and maintain the production yield of the production machine in EPI area.领导并培训外延工程工程师，提高其工作能力 Lead and train equipment engineers in EPI area to improve maintenance ability.

7.提高外延工程设备的工作效率 Improve and enhance machine efficiency in EPI area.保持生产设备的正常运行，达到公司标准 Keep the proper rate of machine production to the standard of the factory.

8计划并执行设备的常规检查维护 Plan and execute the routine maintenance plan of the machine.与其他部门合作完成生产计划Coordinated other departments to complete production plans.不断提高设备的生产效率 Continuously improve production efficiency of production machines.完成领导交代的其他任务 Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

任职要求:

1.本科及以上学历；10年以上半导体设备经验，有设备管理经验。有8寸经验者为佳。

2.机械工程，机械电子，机电一体化，物理，微电子，光电子或相关专业；

3.英语:CET4以上, 能够阅读英文科技文献，并撰写英文文档；

4.熟悉ASML设备机理；4年以上半导体制造相关经验优先；

5.认真严谨，逻辑性强，学习能力强，自我驱动，能够清楚的表达和沟通
