Project management

for Investment project, responsible the eCR preparation and monitor until got approved

- ensure feasibiltiy study

- contact with related department to collect and get project pre-study data ready

- use Conti project management tool to run project

- push and ensure the project is running , and can be released

- ensure the project is running under control with Scope /Cost/Quality/Time

- coordinate and solve the problems during the project running

Pilot run

responsible for the phase of product and process industrialization,

-new product transferred or introduced from other locations

-internally, products produced switched from different lines while plant necessity

-follow up CQ tool (Complience Quest)

-check the resource availability, material, toolings, machine, process, and people

- organize the pilot run process (B60/B70) with necessary resource

- send the order to the team to prepare the Pilot in advance, ensure the related persons informed and can execute the planned Pilot

Project launch

responsible for new products launched phase,

-contact with R&D, quality, production, Planning, Engineering

-ensure the project SOP + 6 month monitoring after handover

Product and process industrialization

support colleagues to maintain while necessary,

- BOM and Spec check

- SAP routin maintenance

-Documentation set up

- Process improvement

Qualifications：

bachelor's degree or above, Project management certificated is preferred

3 or more years of professional experience in manufacturing industry, or Chemical industry or Chemist

project or process experience preferred

English skills, speaking and written
