职位描述
1. 编制产品的工艺文件，制定材料消耗定额，测定产品生产的标准工时。Work out the process document of the product, make the material consumption quota and determine the standard ***-hour of product production.
2. 负责协助研发工程师对新产品试产阶段进行验证生产可行性，解决小批量试产中发现的问题。 Responsible for assisting r&d engineers to verify the feasibility of new products during trial production and solve problems found in small batch trial production.
3. 负责对员工进行工艺操作的培训和指导，确保员工能够熟练掌握产品生产工艺和相关的工艺设备操作。Responsible for the training and guidance of process operation to ensure that the staff can master the production process and related process equipment operation.
4. 负责根据产品规格、质量要求、生产方式、生产流程，编制工艺文件。Responsible for the preparation of process documents according to product specifications, quality requirements, production methods and production processes.
5. 负责根据生产方式和生产流程，核算原材料的实际使用量和BOM的差异。Responsible for accounting the actual usage of raw materials and BOM differences according to the production mode and process.
6. 负责对对新产品试产的跟踪，工装夹具的设计，跟踪新产品从试生产转批量生产的整个过程。Responsible for new product trial production tracking, fixture design, tracking the new product from trial production to mass production of the whole process.
8. 对车间所有产品的制程数据、标准工时数据进行ERP系统录入、数据更改等。Make ERP system input and data change for all production process data and standard time data of the workshop.
9. 参与车间新项目的建设与实施，协助项目负责人完成项目。Participate in the construction and implementation of new projects in the workshop, assist the project leader to complete the project.
10. 按时完成领导及上级交办的其他工作任务。Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and superiors on time.
