【核心职责】
1.技术研发与创新:负责固态电池材料(包括固态电解质、正负极材料等)的研究与开发,探索新型材料体系以提升电池性能。设计并优化固态电池结构,通过模拟与实验验证,提高电池的整体性能。跟踪行业动态,研究国内外
主要团队最新科研成果,持续推动技术创新;
2.实验与测试:制定详细的实验计划,执行电池性能测试并分析数据,提出改进方案。使用先进的测试设备,如电子显微和X射线成像技术等,进行材料表征与分析。编写实验报告,记录研发过程中的关键发现与技术细节,
3.项目管理与合作:领导或参与跨部门项目,与材料科学专家、工艺开发专家、产品经理等紧密合作,确保项目按时按质完成。协调外部合作资源,如高校、研究机构等,共同推进固态电池技术的研发进展;
4.知识产权与文档管理:负责相关技术文档的编写与维护,包括专利申请、技术报告、研发日志等。保护公司知识产权和研发成果。
1.Technology Research and Innovation:
a) Conduct research and development on solid-state battery materials, including solid-state electrolytes, cathode and anode materials.
b) Explore new material systems to enhance battery performance.
c) Design and optimize solid-state battery structures, validate improvements through simulations and experiments
and enhance overall battery performance.
d) Stay updated on industry trends and the latest research achievements of leading domestic and internationalteams to drive continuous technological innovation.
2.Experimentation and Testing:
a) Develop detailed experimental plans, conduct battery performance testing, analyze data, and propose improvement strategies.
b) Utilize advanced testing equipment, such as scanning electron microscope and X-ray imaging techniques, formaterial characterization and analysis.
c) Prepare experimental reports, documenting key findings and technical details during the R&D process.
3. Project Management and Collaboration:
a) Lead or participate in cross-departmental projects, working closely with materials science experts, processdevelopers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
b) Coordinate external collaboration resources, such as universities and research institutions, to jointly advancesolid-state battery technology development.
4.Intellectual Property and Documentation Management:a) Draft and maintain technical documents, including patent applications, technical reports, and R&D logsb) Protect the company's intellectual property and R&D achievements.
【任职资格】:
1.化学、物理、材料科学与工程、化学工程或其他相关专业的博士学位;
2.至少2年以上固态电池或相关领域研究,有开发固态电池原型或相关样机者优先,学位论文与固态电池相关性强的候选人优先;
3.精通固态电池的工作原理、材料选择与制备工艺。熟悉电池性能测试方法及数据分析技巧:
4.强大的问题解决能力与创新能力,能够独立思考并提出解决方案。良好的团队合作精神与沟通协调能力,能够有效管理项目进度。对电池技术有深厚的热情;
5.流利的英文读写能力。
1. Ph.D. in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, chemical Engineering, or other related fields.
2. At least 2 years of research experience in solid-state batteries or related fields; candidates with experiencedeveloping solid-state battery prototypes or related systems are preferred. Candidates whose dissertations arehighly relevant to solid-state batteries will be given priority.
3. Proficient in the working principles of solid-state batteries, material selection, and preparation processes.
Familiar with battery performance testing methods and data analysis techniques.
4. Strong problem-solving and innovation abilities, capable of independent thinking and proposing solutions.Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage projecttimelines. Passionate about battery technology.
5. Proficient in written and spoken English.
