System Engineer 系统工程师

1. 负责新产品电池（电芯）物料导入和风险评估；

Responsible for new product battery (cell) material import and risk assessment;

2. 负责动力电池PACK和BMS方案的设计

Responsible for the design of power battery PACK and BMS solutions

3. 负责电池管理系统SOC、SOE、SOH计算、均衡等方案开发及性能优化；

Responsible for the development and performance optimization of battery management system SOC, SOE, SOH calculation and balancing

4. 制定电池可靠性测试计划，输出单元测试用例；

Develop battery reliability test plan and output unit test cases;

5. 协助产品部门完成BMS方案的应用和测试工作。

Assisted the product department to complete the application and testing of BMS schemes.

REQUIREMENTS：

1. 本科及以上学历，电气、自动化、通信、电子、计算机等相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, automation, communication, electronics, computer or related;

2. 五年以上的电池应用开发经验；

More than five years of battery application development experience;

3. 熟练掌握电池充放电特性、电池容量检测、热失控特性、电池运行条件等知识；

Proficient in battery charging and discharging characteristics, battery capacity detection, thermal runaway characteristics, battery operating conditions and other knowledge;

4. 熟悉常见的电池失效模型和测试方法；

Familiar with common battery failure models and test methods;

5. 熟练开发BMS中常用的SOX算法和诊断策略；

Skilled in developing SOX algorithms and diagnostic strategies commonly used in BMS;

6. 掌握数模电知识、软件编程和调试经验；

Master digital analog knowledge, software programming and debugging experience;

7. 具有良好的沟通协调能力。

Good communication and coordination skills.

8. 英语可以作为工作语言。

English can be used as working language.
