技术工程师（汽车零部件）

Plastic mould design experience for many years, automobile industry is preferred 多年塑料件设计经验，汽车行业优先

Familiar with CATIA V5 and/or other development tools 熟练掌握CATIA V5 及/或其他开发工具

Able to communicate with customers in English and Mandarin 能以英文和普通话与客户进行沟通

岗位内容：

According to the customer requirements or design specifications, communicate proper with customers, to write and implement product solutions

按照客户要求或者其设计说明书，与客户沟通，来编写和实现产品方案

Customer design specification review and comment, write specifications and product FEMA plan.

客户设计说明书的审核及发表意见，编写规格方案书和产品DFMEA

To create the 3D model, 2D drawings, module parts and assembly drawings

制作3D模型，2D零件图纸，模块件和总成件图纸

Make product documents, for example BOM list, tolerance analysis, customer drawings and manufacturing control scheme

制作产品文件资料，例如零件明细清单，公差分析，客户图纸，制造控制方案

Preparation of technical presentations to the customer's technical product introduction in English

制作提交给客户的英文的技术性产品介绍

Provide the drawing to the customer, sign the technical agreement with the customers

提供图纸给客户，与客户签订技术协议

Visit the customer with sales people upon business needs

拜访客户作相关技术交流

Leading the product engineering change, and push on the implementation of engineering change If required

需要时，主导量产产品的工程变更，推动工程变更的实施

Familiar with the launching of new products, with abilities in process development, equipment qualification, and quality optimization.

熟悉新产品导入流程，具有工序开发、设备评估及质量优化能力。

Know well DOE/MSA, stronger problem summary and troubleshooting.

熟悉DOE/MSA等工具，具有较强的问题总结和解决能力。
