Core Responsibilities:
61 Sales Strategy & Development: Develop and execute the sales strategy for the mold business in
China, with a focus on the Medical & FMCG sector. Build and position the business for long-term
growth, with plans to expand the sales organization as needed.
61 Full Portfolio Sales: Achieve sales targets by promoting the full portfolio, including molds, hot
runners, sensors, and controllers, to Medical & FMCG manufacturers.
61 OEM & Converter Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with
key OEM customers (e.g., Lilly, Sanofi, J&J, Roche, BD, P&G, Unilever, Yili, Mengniu, Danone, Blue
Moon, Bright Dairy) and converters to secure preferred supplier agreements and specification
inclusions.
61 Customer Engagement: Conduct regular visits and maintain efficient communication with OEMs
and converters. Provide technical support, share successful cases, and ensure the company's
solutions align with customer needs.
61 Influence & Expansion: Drive OEMs and converters to include the company's product portfolio in
their supplier lists and influence converters to adopt the company's hot runner and mold
solutions.
61 Market Intelligence: Stay informed about OEM and converter product launch plans, providing
timely support to win orders and maintain a competitive edge.
61 Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring that
customer requirements are fully understood and met, driving business growth and profitability.
61 Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal product management, engineering, and
operations teams to deliver the best solutions to customers and address any technical or
operational challenges.
61 Global Alignment: Align OEM sales strategies in China with global strategies and collaborate with
APAC hot runner sales teams to capitalize on shared opportunities.
61 Business Development: Identify and pursue new market segments and customers within the
Medical & FMCG sector to grow the business, focusing on strategic value-selling.
61 Project Leadership: Lead and manage new mold projects, ensuring smooth launches and
integration into customer operations.
61 Sales Leadership & Operations: Initially lead sales activities and operational tasks such as pricing
negotiations, customer visits, and complaint handling. The role may expand to include direct
reports in the future as the business grows.
61 Efficiency & Process Improvement: Drive projects to enhance customer service, improve
communication, and increase operational efficiency for clients and internal teams.
61 Compliance & Accountability: Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, local regulations,
and quality management (QM) and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.

Key Qualifications:
61 10+ years of experience in sales within injection molding for Medical & FMCG industries, such as
medical devices and FMCG packaging, with 8+ years of regional team leadership.
61 Proven sales success in the mold business with experience managing key accounts in the Medical &
FMCG sector.
61 Strong CRM, sales funnel management, and account management skills; able to communicate the
full value of the company’s solutions to OEMs and converters.
61 Deep market insight and ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
61 Strong negotiation, influencing, and strategic planning abilities with a track record of driving growth.
61 Leadership abilities with a focus on emotional intelligence, fostering a collaborative and highperformance
sales culture.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across global teams and
at all organizational levels.
61 High integrity and accountability, with the ability to work under pressure and manage complex
customer relationships.
61 Proficient in Salesforce, with experience building and managing dashboard reports.
61 Fluent in written and spoken English; ability to travel up to 70% regionally.
Education Requirements:
61 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales Management, or a related field.
61 Advanced degrees or credentials are a plus.
Language Requirements:
61 Fluent in spoken and written English.
