工作概述Job Responsibilities:
该职位负责全面的人力资源管理工作,推动公司文化建设,并为员工提供卓越的支持与服务,确保公司招聘、培训、绩效管理及员工关系等方面的顺利运营。
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, promoting the company’s cultural development, and providing outstanding support and services to employees. The role ensures the smooth operation of the company's recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
工作职责Job Responsibilities:
1. 制定并执行公司人力资源管理制度政策和流程,确保符合集团合规要求。
2.根据公司战略目标,规划并实施招聘计划,确保及时招募到合适的员工。
3.制定和实施员工培训与发展计划,提升员工综合素质,满足公司未来发展需要。
4.组织新员工入职培训,确保员工快速融入公司文化。
5.协助制定公司绩效考核体系,推动绩效评估的执行与反馈。
6.维护和谐的员工关系,及时解决员工在工作中遇到的各类问题。
7.处理劳动争议、解雇和离职等事务,确保符合法规和公司政策。
8.定期更新和完善公司的人事政策,确保各项政策及时、准确、有效。
9.完成领导交代的其他工作。
Develop and implement human resource policies and processes in alignment with the company’s strategic goals and in compliance with corporate and legal requirements.
Plan and execute recruitment strategies based on company objectives to ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.
Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and meet the company’s future growth needs.
Organize new employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
Assist in establishing performance evaluation systems and drive the execution and feedback of performance appraisals.
Maintain harmonious employee relations and resolve any workplace issues promptly.
Handle labor disputes, terminations, and resignations in accordance with regulations and company policies.
Regularly update and improve company HR policies to ensure they are current, accurate, and effective.
Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
职位要求Position Requirements:
1教育Education:
本科或以上学历,人力资源、心理学、工商管理等相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 工作经验Work Experience:
拥有8年以上人力资源工作经验,其中5年以上跨国企业工作经验,熟悉第三方检测行业优先。
At least 8 years of experience in human resources, with 5+ years of experience in multinational companies. Experience in the third-party testing industry is preferred.
3 技术与能力Skills and Abilities:
有丰富的招聘、绩效管理、员工关系经验,熟悉外企文化和运作模式。
熟悉中国劳动法及相关人力资源法律法规,具备较强的法律意识。
优秀的人际沟通能力和解决问题的能力。
流利的英文水平,可以适应全球化工作环境。
结果导向且具备良好的灵活性,能够在紧迫截止期限内按本地、区域及事业部层级提交各类报告。
具备一定的承压能力和沟通能力。
Extensive experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, with a strong understanding of foreign enterprise culture and operations.
Proficient in Chinese labor laws and relevant HR regulations, with a strong legal awareness.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, with the ability to work in a global environment.
Results oriented & flexible, ability to submit reports locally, regional and divisional on a tight deadlines.
With strong stress resilience and communication skills.
