Job Title: HR Manager – HR Operations & Job Redesign
Location: Zhuhai
Reporting To: VP HR Asia
Scope: Regional -Asia entities
Job Summary
Specialize in HR Operations with a strong technology-driven mindset to optimize HR processes and HR workforce structures across Asia. Streamline HR operations, enhance efficiency through auto tools, and lead job redesign initiatives to align with automation.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Process Optimization
61 Oversee and standardize HR operations (employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, development, benefits administration, compliance, employee data management, performance management) across Asia sites.
61 Implement HR technology solutions (e.g., AI-driven analytics, automation tools) to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
2. HR Job Redesign & Workforce Structuring
61 Re design roles to align with automation, technology adoption, and future evolving needs.
61 Drive change management initiatives to support workforce transitions due to automation and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience & Skills
61 Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
61 6+ years in HR operations, job design, or workforce planning, preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing.
61 Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder influence skills.
61 Familiarity with data analysis, AI in HR.
61 Fluency in English
