精密加工工艺开发工程师

1. 根据工件图纸（3D/2D）进行CNC加工程序设计工作

CNC Program design based on 3D/2D part drawing.

2. 熟练使用和操作creo 软件， 熟悉CNC 仿真软件TEBIS/ Vericut 或者其他类似软件

Professional operation of Creo/TEBIS/ Vericut software

3. 熟悉 YASDA，SODICK 加工中心，或有WEDM/CNC 加工背景

Familiar with YASDA/SODICK CNC machining, or WEDM/ CNC background

4. 有相关连接器零件加工经验

Have relevant processing experience in connector parts.

5. 负责加工工艺，可以优化工艺线路

Know fabrication process and focus on improving fabrication process.

6. 对新的加工技术研发设计有所了解，有自我驱动的学习能力

Understand new fabrication processing technologies and can self-drive learning.

7. 持续的降本驱动能力，能够带领团队提升加工效率

Continue cost reduction capability, lead team increase fabrication efficiency.

8. 负责机床设备的保养、点检、维护、清洁及设备周边环境的工作

Responsible for machine maintenance AM PM 5S Etc.

9. 工装夹具设计，超精密切削新工艺的开发

Fabrication process Jig design, ultra-precision cutting processing development.

Qualifications:

1. 大学本科及以上教育背景， 机械，机械电子，模具专业优先

Bachelor's and above education background about mechanical, die design and manufacturing.

2. 5年以上 精密连接器工件加工经验

More than 5 years of working experience in precision connector workpiece processing.

3. 懂机加工工艺

Know well about part fabrication process

4. 良好的团队合作及沟通协调能力

Good teamwork and communication skills

5. 良好的放电机或调试问题分析及问题解决能力

Good EDM process issues analyzing and quickly trouble shooting ability

6. 良好的英语读写能力

Good English reading and writing abilities.

7. 基于工件加工问题和项目要求快速响应，并在一定压力下工作的能力

Effective response and activity on parts fabrication issues and project schedule, can work under certain pressure.
