供应商质量工程师

- 1-2 years of experience in supplier quality management or related fields. Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO9001, ISO 22716 or BRC or had experience of cosmetic related industry is a plus. 1-2年供应商质量管理或相关领域工作经验，熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，熟悉ISO22716或BRC等管理体系，或化妆品相关行业更佳。

- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g. 8D, FMEA, SPC). 熟练使用质量工具和方法（如8D,FMEA,SPC等）。

- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, Minitab, or similar tools. 具备数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、Minitab等工具。

- Good written and spoken English language skills.良好的英语书写和口语能力。

- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.良好的沟通与协调能力，能够与供应商及内部团队有效合作。

- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of independently resolving complex quality issues.具备问题解决能力，能够独立处理复杂的质量问题。

- Experience in supplier auditing is a plus. 有供应商审核经验者优先。

- Willingness to travel for short-term assignments. 能适应短期出差。

Area of Responsibility / Duties:

- Supplier Development and Support / 供应商开发与支持

- Participate in the development and evaluation of new suppliers to ensure they meet company quality requirements.

参与新供应商的开发与评估，确保其具备满足公司质量要求的能力。

- Provide quality training to suppliers to enhance their quality management capabilities.

为供应商提供质量培训，帮助其提升质量管理水平。

- Supplier Quality Management 供应商质量管理

- Conduct supplier quality evaluations, audits, and improvements to ensure compliance with company quality standards.

负责供应商的质量评估、审核及改进，确保供应商符合公司质量标准。

- Perform regular on-site supplier audits to identify potential risks and provide improvement recommendations.

定期对供应商进行现场审核，识别潜在风险并提出改进建议。

- Quality Issue Resolution 质量问题处理

- Track supplier quality issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions.

跟踪供应商的质量问题，分析根本原因并推动解决。

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues and prevent production impacts.

协调供应商与内部团队，确保质量问题及时处理，避免影响生产。

- Quality Data Management / 质量数据管理

- Collect and analyze supplier quality data, generate regular reports, and evaluate supplier performance.

收集、分析供应商的质量数据，定期生成报告，评估供应商表现。

- Perform data visualization and analysis using quality tools (e.g. SPC, FMEA).

使用质量工具（如SPC、FMEA）进行数据可视化分析。

- Identify quality trends through data analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 通过数据分析，识别质量趋势，推动持续改进。

- Other tasks assigned by QM Supervisor or Manager.
