administrating, consulting and/or negotiating proposals with external customers

for Gas Turbine / Steam Turbine electrical and/or control systems. Negotiates

contracts that are consistent with business objectives and engages in contract

amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope changes.61 Sales support for

customer meetings & workshops with design institutes during pre-acquisition

phase61 Proposal preparation for electrical and/or control systems including

cost calculation & risk assessment61 Technical clarification and negotiation

during bid submission & contract negotiation phase61 Present results of proposal

preparation to management, sales and customers61 Avoid Non Conformance Costs

(NCC) , handover successful offers to project implementation teams61 Technical

support on local sub-supplier qualification & clarification, conduct necessary

design changes, to meet cost reduction target and local codes & regulations

requirements.61 Support project execution incl. participating inspection /

factory acceptance test as supplier site and providing erection & commissioning

instructions at project site, if required61 Coordinate electrical and/or control

systems design activities and interfaces with internal & external engineering

disciplines, procurement department.61 Identify, mitigate and manage all project

risks61 Manage compliance to standards, rules and regulations

What you bring:61 Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical

Engineering or Thermal Engineering61 At least 5 years experience in electrical

engineering discipline for Gas Turbine / Steam Turbine power plant systems

(engineering, project management).61 Good knowledge in domestic Codes &

Regulations on power generation61 Good knowledge and experience in design of gas

turbine or steam turbine electrical and/or control systems, e.g. turbine

control system, generator excitation system.61 Rich experience in power plant

electrical and/or control systems development & supplier qualification61

Experience in testing & commissioning of electrical and/or control systems in

combine cycle power plants would be a plus61 Fluent English and Chinese skill in

business environment61 Proven intercultural experience, working experience in

European company would be a plus
