1. Generate ideas, create concept sketches, B-sheet & working model from RCR to EA.

2. Monitor CA/EA model progress, provide direction to Workshops, plants & Vendors to meet function & aesthetic requirement.

3. To produce design specification / material and coordination for costing engineer / project engineer / PI engineer / graphic designer throughout the development process.

4. Attend Brainstorming hold by ES

5. To conduct research on new technologies, materials, production processes, trends, in order to support product development process

6. Communicate with ES Design teams & Engineering to report project status

7. Hold D&D activities including design project kick off, WIP, cost reduction meeting

8. Assist Manager to organised on-site CA/EA

9. To coach & supervise Associate / Product designers throughout D&D process from concept sketch to production

Requirements:

1. University Graduate or Technical Institute Graduate, majored in Design or related disciplines

2. At least 3 year product design experiences in design/toy/consumer product industry.

3. Good sketching, rendering & drafting technique (by hand and computer)

4. Good at 2D & 3D design software

5. Knowledge of toy production processes

6. Good written & spoken English

7. Good communication & interpersonal skills
