轨道交通空调系统工程师

1) Specify the RAMS/LCC content for HVAC systems for transportation application (rail/bus): Review and evaluate customer requirements, transfer key points which may influence the product design to system engineer;

2) Verification and validation of customer specific designs, prepare RAMS/LCC related documents according to the requirement;

3) Work closely with European team to develop the RAMS/LCC skills and activities;

4) Lead the Fire & Smoke activity in close collaboration with Quality and Sourcing teams to ensure products are compliant related standards;

5) Participate in the project design and gate reviews and lead RAMS part review;

6) Provide and update the maintenance plan and maintenance manual in accordance to RAMS/LCC commitment;

7) Monitor the reliability, availability and maintainability of system and components during commissioning and warranty periods;

8) Track the equipment repair reports and determine if trends do exist in the failures that could require corrective action.

Role Requirements / 任职要求：

1 Education 教育水平：Bachelor degree or above;

2 Major 专业：Technical fields, e.g., Safety Engineering, or electrical/mechanical engineering;

3 Training 培训经历：Trainings on project management, presentation and communications skills, usage of RAMS calculation tools etc;

4 Experience 经验：Minimum 3 years working experiences in the RAMS field, with HVAC systems or transportation applications (railway or bus) product experience would be preferred;

5 Knowledge 知识：Knowledge and outstanding experience about RAMS.;

Knowledge about general rolling stock design is an asset;

Knowledge about local (China) norms and standards is a must;

Knowledge about European or USA standards on HVAC system design is an asset;

Knowledge about quality- and risk management during concept and design phase

6 Skills 技能技巧：Fluent Chinese and English is a must;

7 Competence 个人素质：Cross-cultural competence is an asset
