职位描述
-Act as a driver of innovation within the process engineering and project engineering team.
-Establish and enforce good engineering practices for change management, documentation, new product introduction, process design, project management and continuous improvement
-Lead customer product development teams to establish and meet requirements with finished product designs
-Assign PFMEAs to establish and maintain stable processes with the operations
-Work with safety and facilities to conduct and act on layout improvement for all equipment
-Develop the individuals in the product and process teams to achieve an engineering excellence for comprehensive manufacturing process
-Review and approve technical drawings and documentation.
-Present compiled testing and product results to customers as part of the approval process
-Work with R&D in HQ at daily base for the new product launch and technology transformation.
-Review and compile CAPEX requests for equipment upgrade, repair and replacement
-Manage and train engineering team to ensure effective engineering productivity.
-Setup and manage department KPI. Delegate the department task to individual engineer. Provide the regular evaluation to engineering team and keep good moral for the team.
Qualification：
1. Bachelor / Master of Engineer and above.
2. Requires 5+ years of experience of Automotive industry.
3. Good Knowledge of Automotive manufacturing Standard and project management.
4. Good Knowledge of Change management process
5. Good communication skills and team work.
6. Good English skills, both written and spoken.
7. Knowledge of Engineering, analysis and problem resolution.
8. Team management experience.
