Relocation Sales 置业顾问

？ Show clients properties and make deals 带客户参观房源并完成销售订单；

？ City orientation 城市向导；

？ Negotiating with the landlord / preparing contract / signing the contract 与房东协商，准备合同及签订合同；

？ Mantain the residence issues duiring leasing term 维护处理租客租赁期间的居住问题；

？ Support the clients to move out. 协助客户搬出；

？ Other office duties 其他办公室职责；

？ Assist other colleagues when they need help 协助其他同事共同完成工作。

Requirements:

？ Business Background 有商业方面的教育背景为佳；

？ Five years of sales experience is preferred but not essential 5年的以上销售经验为佳；

？ Have foreign work environment experience is a bonus 有外企工作经验为佳；

？ Fluent spoken and written English 流利的英文写作和表达；

？ Good knowledge of Office software 熟练使用office办公软件；

？ Fast learner and open minded 学习能力强和开放思维；

？ Can work under pressure 能处理来自工作的压力；

？ Good communication skills 良好的交流能力；

？ A good team worker 团队合作精神。

补充一：上述薪水基础上有业务提成（公司有一定固定客源，但也需要你有销售和社交能力独立引入客源，并有激励提成）
