职位描述
工作职责:
Fill the new business opportunity pipeline and acquire new customers.
1,Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs and competition landscape.
2,Hunt for sales lead and manage sales funnel, drive competitive offering & provide Quote for Win strategy.
3,Negotiate, close deal and secure supply agreements and sales contracts.
4,Run marketing campaign.
5,Drive continuous growth and enhancement in customer relationship, revenue stream & profitability.
任职要求:
1,Bachelor’s degree or above with 10 years + relevant working experience in sales and business development function in EMS industry, bringing proven track record of developing European base multinational customers and China local businesses. Sales experience in Healthcare, Medical and Power product segment will be preferred.
2,Strong network and connection in electronic manufacturing & distribution industry.
3,Well-rounded general knowledge & exposure in commercial management, customer service, supply chain & manufacturing environment.
4,Passionate, self-initiated with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
5,Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
6,Flexibility in both domestic/overseas business travel.
7,Seasoned user in Microsoft office, ERP and CRM.
