1. RMA 产品的释放,接受,分析,处置和数据维护;
RMA case release and returned parts receive, analysis, dispose and data maintenance;
2. 协议组织客户处的紧急措施,内外部沟通;
Coordination of immediate actions with the customer, internal and external communication;
3. 客退品的失效分析和整理分析报告;
Failure analysis of the RMA parts and prepare analysis report;
4. 负责客户沟通现场问题的调查和信息收集反馈;
Be responsible for customer onsite investigate and information collection;
5. 和跨部门合作寻找根本原因;
Work with other departments to establish root cause;
6. 维护和更新每月的 KPI.
Maintain and monthly KPI report.
岗位要求
1. 机械、电子或相关专业本科以上学历;二年以上相关工作经历;
Becholar degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics or equivalent, with at least 2 year’s relevant
experience;
2. 了解机械制造过程,熟悉产品结构和生产流程;
Understand mechanical manufacturing process and equipment, familiar with product structure and process flow
of production line;
3. 适应短期的出差,快速的到达客户处理,和反馈相关问题;
Adapt to short-term business trips and quickly arrive at customers to deal with related problems;
4. 高度的责任心和自我能动性,有良好的沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作精神;有良好的质量逻辑及质量
理念;
5. High sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills; good quality logic
and quality concept;
6. 熟悉基本测试和调试工具的使用 (例如公司相关产品的调试软件,万用表等);
Familiar with testing tools (product software, multimeter etc);
7. 基本英语水平,熟练操作计算机。
Basic English is preferred, good command of computer skills.
