解答客户测试相关问题。

Key Responsibilities主要工作职责

1. Perform mechanical test according to national standard/regulations, industry standard or specified test procedures for all kinds of hardgoods,mainly in Fashion Jewelry, Toy, Furnitures, ceramic and glass wares, candle …

2. Write related record and issue report in English or Chinese as required within lead time.

3. Operate and Maintain instruments according to related procedure ,keep enviroment condition as required.

4. Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert's opinions;

5. Provide training, instructions and oversight to junior-level technicians

6. Assist develop new test project,study new standard/directive and set up own testing facilities to meet the new project requirement.

7. Perform task assigned by direct supervisor

1. 按国际法规/标准要求或客户要求进行各类轻工产品物理和燃烧测试，主要产品为时尚饰品，玩具，家具，玻璃陶瓷和蜡烛等。

2. 保留相关测试记录并按要求要求及时出具中/英文报告。

3. 按程序操作和维护设备，保持测试环境符合测试要求。

4. 保持与同事和客户友好有效的沟通包括解答技术问题，解释测试疑点或提供专业意见。

5. 对新员工进行培训指导和监督。

6. 辅助开发新测试项目，学习新的标准和指令并按新项目要求建立对应的测试装置。

完成主管分配的其它工作。

Requirement职位要求

1.College degree or above,major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic,or other related subject;

2.Be familiar with the quality of Hardgoods, relevant experience in third party testing lab would be a plus

3.Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

4. Diligence ,serious and responsible with good self-learning ability.

5. Good teamwork spirit, be able to work in efficiency under pressure.

6.Good communication and interpersonal skills and good capability on problem solving and analytical skill

7. Good computer skill (Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.)

8. Good command of English,especially in written.
