5. Make sure nonconforming material is detected and issue/follow up the nonconforming material review report in 24 hours

6. Management of disagreements and complaints of suppliers in accordance with the applicable standards of the company. Coach supplier feedback in 5 working days to conduct root cause investigations and corrective actions through 8D Problem Resolution process, FAT Problem solving, 5-Why, fishbone, etc.

根据公司适用的标准管理供应商的分歧和投诉。培训供应商在5个工作日内回复ITT， 通过8D问题解决流程，故障树问题解决，5-Why分析，鱼骨图等方法执行根本原因调查和纠正措施。

7. Verify supplier compliance via suitable audit, follow-up visit and process assessments. Performs on-site audits of their quality system as related to documented procedures, work instructions, ISO 9001 Standard, etc.;

9. Quality assurance procedures for analyzing and evaluating data and continuous improvement of suppliers with the use of statistical tools and instruments of quality cooperation on internal audits.

10. The timely performance of tasks under the orders of the superior.

Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

Bachelor’s degree , major in Mechanical, electronic related is preferred，or in the field of quality management

At least 5 years solid experience in supplier quality management field. With experience in managing IQC team is preferred
