1、检具开发（制订检具试样书、检具技术协议签订、检具制造过程确认、检具设变修改、检具验收等）；Develop inspecting tools( make designs of inspecting tool, sign agreements on inspecting tool technology, confirm the manufacturing process of inspecting tool, correct inspecting tool and accept inspecting tool, etc.)2、与开发部一起参与试模，确认产品状态及跟踪模具修正效果；Participate in the trial run of mold initiated by Development Department to confirm product condition and follow the correction effect of mold;

3、制订质量标准文件（检查法、数据单、供方检查规程、检验作业指导书、产品审核规格书、出货检查要领书、及与开发部一起参与制订特殊特性清单、控制计划等、与开发部一起对标准样件、缺陷样件封样；Make quality standard file(inspection method , data sheet, inspection rule for supplier, inspection operation guidebook, specification for product assessment, delivery inspection guidebook,); compile special property list and control plan together with Development Department; Seal standard samples and defect samples with the presence of Development Department;
