职位描述

岗位职责:
1、负责客户服务诉求的登记、处理和回复;
Responsible for the registration, processing and reply of customer service requests.
2、负责客户销售需求的报价.订单确认和后续执行;
Responsible for quotation of customer sales requirement. Order confirmation and follow-up execution.
3、负责各类数据统计、工作报表的及时完成;
Responsible for the timely completion of various data statistics and work reports.
4、协助部门售后目标的达成;
Assist the achievement of the department's after-sales goals.
5、负责与其它部门的工作沟通和协调
Responsible for the communication and coordination of other departments.
6、其它售后工作支持。
Other support of after-sales service work.
任职资格:
1、熟练使用Office办公软件
Proficient in using Office software
2、情绪自我管理能力和抗压能力
Emotional self-management ability and ability to work under pressure;
3、以结果为导向的积极主动工作方式和状态
Results oriented and proactive work style and state;
4、善于沟通和具备团队合作意识
Good at communication and teamwork awareness
5、重视客户满意度
