3、Regular Supplier Audit QSA/QPA 定期供应商QSA/QPA审核

4、Drive suppliers for intensive RCCA (root cause analysis and corrective actions)、Develop and maintain suppliers Kaizen quality improvement program..推动供应商加强根本原因分析和改善行动，根据供应商品质表现提出持续改善计划

5、Develop and maintain suppliers Kaizen quality improvement program. Train suppliers of using quality tools (eg. 5-whys) for RCCA.建立和维持供应商不断提高质量改善计划，培训供应商使用品质工具(例如：5-whys）做根本原因分析和改善行动

6、 Perform on-site investigation and supplier-8D validation on those major issues.重大品质问题赴供应商工厂现场调查和供应商现场8D验证

7、Support Global Sourcing on supplier-exit program for replacement-source determination.支援全球采购用新供应商替代被剔除的供应商的决定

Qualifications 任职资格:

1.College degree holder with sound knowledge on Engineering and Quality Management具有工程和质量.管理相关专业大专及以上学历

2.Minimum 5 years experience in supplier quality management in volume PCB manufacturing environment.至少5年PCB电源制造行业质量管理经验

3.Knowledge and experience in quality engineering/tools and component engineering/failure analysis. 在质量工程/工具和部件工程/故障分析方面的知识和经验

4.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills熟练的英语听说读写能力

6.Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills良好的沟通协调和团队合作能力
