【工作内容 Job Description】
- Responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of the company's production process, and promote the implementation of lean production concepts.
负责公司生产流程的持续改进与优化，推动精益生产理念的实施。
- Analyze existing production processes, identify waste, propose improvement plans and monitor implementation.
分析现有生产流程，识别浪费现象，提出改善方案并监督执行情况。
- Improve production efficiency and product quality through tools such as value stream mapping and 5S management.
通过价值流图、5S管理等工具，提升生产效率和产品质量。
- Regularly train employees on lean production knowledge to enhance the overall operational efficiency of the team.
定期对员工进行精益生产知识培训，增强团队整体运营效率。
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects stay on schedule and achieve set goals.
与跨部门团队紧密合作，确保项目按计划推进，并达成既定目标。
- Evaluation of newly introduced technologies or equipment to facilitate the modernization of production lines.
对新引进的技术或设备进行评估，以促进生产线的现代化升级。
【任职要求 Job Requirements】
- Bachelor's degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
- Experiences of VSM, SMED/quick changeover, 5S, ECRS/line balancing, fish-bone diagram, 5 why, and other Lean tools.
使用各项精益工具，如价值流管理，SMED法，5S，ECRS，鱼骨图，5问法等。
- Ability of conducting trainings and organizing activities.
具备组织培训和活动的能力或经验。
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in related industry.
3年以上工作经验，有相关行业经验者优先考虑。
- Good skill in English speaking, reading and writing.
英语听说读写能力良好。
