职位描述

Location：Shanghai/Shenzhen/Chengdu

*Assist with installing leading-edge customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance, and upgrading equipment

*Complete required job documentation, safety training and procedures for processing parts

*Satisfy the company’s and customer’s on-site requirements, including safety, environmental

*Train junior engineers on site-related safety, troubleshooting procedures, and developing a customer-service mindset

*Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the company

* 2–10 years of work experience in Semiconductor/Display industry or another equipment support industry

* Bachelor’s degree and above in electronics, automation, engineering technologies, or equivalent work experience

* Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum and/or thermodynamics

* Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics

* Clear and effective written/verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on documenting details

* Good English communication skill

* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

驻地：上海，深圳，成都

* 协助资深工程师在客户端安装机台设备，为客户提供日常的机台维护、技术支持，处理故障，升级设备等

* 完成必要的工作文档、安全培训、遵照工艺程序处理零配件

* 遵守公司和客户端的现场要求，包括安全要求、环保要求等安全条例，满足公司和客户现场的需求

* 培训初级工程师现场的安全条例，故障排除的流程，培养服务客户的意识

* 完成公司安排的其他合理的工作任务

* 2-10年半导体、高清显示器或相关设备行业的工作经验

* 本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、工程技术类专业、或相关工作经验

* 掌握气动，液压、电子、真空或热力学等任何一个领域的较高机械类知识和技能

* 能够阅读电气和机械原理图

* 清晰、有效进行书面、口头沟通的能力，强调记录细节的能力

* 具备良好的英语沟通能力

* 熟悉微软的办公自动化软件 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
