后端开发工程师(三方岗位）

1. Prepare related documents and participate in requirement analysis.

2. Tackle core technical issues, optimize systems, and assist in solving technical challenges during project development.

3. Coordinate with the overall project plan and participate in relevant technical training and guidance.

4. Participate in project implementation and handle communication and coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with at least 5 years of Java development experience.

2. Familiarity with microservices, high concurrency, distributed systems, and multithreading concepts.

3. Proficiency in frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, Flask, and knowledge of message middleware.

4. Proficiency in common open-source frameworks and familiarity with NoSQL databases like Redis.

5. Familiarity with MySQL, transactions, locks, concurrency, index optimization, and related concepts.

6. Strong foundation in Java programming and experience in Python development, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
