Process Manager

1. Supervise the Process Engineering (PE) team to enhance process capability and productivity.

2. Lead improvement initiatives for yield, quality, process capability, and cost reduction projects.

3. Manage equipment buyoff, material qualification, and supplier audits in collaboration with Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE).

4. Conduct failure analyses and implement effective corrective actions.

5. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments.

6. Support talent development and impart proven skills to other members within the process engineering team.

7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

1. Around 10 years of experience in Process Engineering, preferably with chemical plating or precision machining background.

2. 2-5 years of experience in managing a PE team.

3. Experience in designing, improving, and upgrading full-factory process technologies.

4. Strong logical thinking skills, capable of leading team members to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.

5. Strong data analysis skills, experience in 6 Sigma projects, and possession of a 6 Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.

6. Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, able to oversee the implementation of new products and processes on the production line.

7. Proficient in English communication skills.
