We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Commercial team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by managing and developing key account relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of revenue and profit targets for our global key accounts.

1. Develop and implement strategies for selected key accounts to drive sustainable and profitable sales.
2. Lead the sales process from specifying Hempel coating systems to closing deals.
3. Serve as the primary contact and negotiator for assigned global key accounts.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships at all management levels and locations.
5. Lead and optimize the account team’s potential for mutual benefit.
6. Collaborate with departments like R&D, sales, BD, finance, legal, and supply chain.
7. Ensure successful delivery of revenue and profit targets for key accounts.
What Are We Looking For?
1. Strong commercial background; engineering degree preferred.
2. Proven track record in sales and key account management.
3. Experience in EPC, coatings, fabrication industries, and project management.
4. Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Strong commercial acumen and industry knowledge.
7. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
