1. 负责公司产品设备采购项目、调查、分析和评估市场;
2. 负责对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核;控制采购质量和成本;
3. 负责协助销售部门进行产品确定,价格核算,工厂订单等工作;
4. 有效处理供应商关系如价格谈判、采购环境、产品质量、供应链、数据 库等;
5. 把握船舶设备行业的市场现状及相关动态;
6. 供应商客户关系管理,协助上级领导掌握并分析供应商物料生产与供应能力;
7. 根据企业要求拟定采购计划,报批准后组织实施,确保各项采购任务及时完成,并在尽量减少开支;
8. 负责调查研究供应市场/供应商的情况,负责进行谈判,争取优惠的价格,保证质量和合适的交货条件,并积极开发其它供货渠道;
Job description:
1. Responsible for procurement project, investigation, analysis and market evaluation of the company's product;
2. Responsible for the evaluation, authentication, management and assessment of the supplier; control the purchasing quality and cost;
3. Assist the sales department to select the product, price calculation, factory orders and so on ;
4. maintain good relationship between suppliers and company effectively , such as price negotiation, purchasing environment, product quality, supply chain, data library, etc.;
5. Grasp marine equipment industry market situation and the relevant dynamic;
6. Customer relationship management, assist leader to master and analysis supply material production and supply ability;
7. Make purchase plan according to the enterprise’s requirements, organize the implementation to ensure that all purchasing tasks are completed on time after approved , and try to reduce unnecessary spending;
8. Responsible for the investigation of supply market and vendor, negotiation , fight for preferential price, quality assurance & appropriate delivery conditions, and actively develop other supply channels;
职位要求:
1. 本科以上学历,1年以上采购经验,熟悉全球各类船舶设备行业市场;
2. 有强烈的工作责任心、为人正直敬业,无不良职业操守;
3. 有较强的团队协作能力、承压能力,有工作激情并且乐观积极;
4. 善于谈判沟通,有很强的社交公关能力,工作认真细致,思维敏捷;
5. 英语口语熟练,较佳的英语听说读写能力;
6. 熟练使用Word, excel等办公软件,电脑操作熟练;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. 1 years purchasing experiences, familiar with all kinds of global Marine equipment industry market;
2. Have strong sense of responsibility, honest, professional, no bad ethics;
3. Have strong ability of team cooperation, bearing pressure , have working enthusiasm, positive attitude;
4. Good at negotiation, have strong social public relations ability, work carefully, quick reaction;
5. Good communicate in English (both spoken and written);
6. Good at Microsoft office (eg :Word, excel) Proficiency in computer;
