质量工程师

1. 负责线束及OEM产品生产过程质量的控制，质量异常统计、分析及改进活动，在企业内部倡导持续改善；

Responsible for controlling the quality of cable/wire harnesses and OEM products, conducting nonconformance statistics, analysis, improvement activities, and implementing continuous improvement measures.

2. 负责线束及OEM产品控制计划、检验规范、质量警示的制订、更新、实施；

Responsible for the control plans, inspection specifications and quality alerts of cable/wire harnesses and OEM products,

3. 协调公司质量、生产和采购部门对不合格品的评审及处理；

Coordinate the review work of nonconforming products between the quality, production, and procurement departments;

4. 对产品、过程发生的不合格现象，组织相关部门进行纠正和预防，并督促责任部门实施措施；

Organize relevant departments to carry out corrective and preventive actions, monitor the responsible departments to implement actions accordingly;

5. 协助质量经理对检验员的检验技能、质量问题进行指导、培训，提升检验员水平；

Assist the Quality Manager on training to quality inspectors in regards of inspection skills and quality issues, aim to enhance the inspector’s proficiency;

6. 负责线束、OEM项目前期质量策划，汇总项目问题并跟进问题的改善；

Responsible for quality measures planning of cable/wire harness and OEM projects, summarizing project issues, following up on improvement actions;

7. 负责对客户投诉及退货品进行分析、汇总，回复客诉，以及落实改进并跟踪改善对策的有效性；

Responsible for analyzing, summarizing and responding to customer complaints, implementing improvement actions, and tracking the effectiveness of actions;

8. 协助部门经理编制ISO9001/ISO13485质量体系审核计划，并协助实施内外审、管理评审及客户审核；

Assist quality manager on preparing the ISO9001/ISO13485 quality system audit plan and implementing internal/external audits, management reviews and customer audits etc.;

9. 监控质量体系的运行与持续改善，对公司体系文件的完整度及合理性进行评价和优化；

Monitor the operation and improvement of the quality system, evaluate and optimize the completeness and rationality of the company's system documents;

10. 监控产品和零部件符合法律法规的要求，如RoHS/Reach/UL等；

Monitor the compliance of products and components with legal and regulatory requirements, such as RoHS/Reach/UL etc.;

61 文化程度Education

大学本科及以上学历

Bachelor degree or above.

61 任职经验Working Experience:

具备3年以上相关电子行业质量和体系管理的工作经验

More than 3 years’ experience on quality system management in electronic industry.

61 专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :

1. 熟悉ISO9001/ISO13485质量管理体系，能编制相关质量管理体系文件；

Familiar with ISO9001/ISO13485 quality management, able to prepare the quality system documents;

2. 熟悉质量统计、问题分析、质量改进等方面的方法工具；

Familiar with methodology of quality statistics, quality analysis, quality improvement etc.;

3. 了解产品生产控制点，掌握常规量具、检测设备的使用。

Understand the key of production control, master the measuring tools and test equipment.

61 外语及计算机水平Language &Computer Skill:

1. 良好的英语口语与书面沟通能力；

Good English skills, both oral and written English;

2. 电脑操作熟练，包括Office软件。

Good computer skill, including Office software.
