原料采购专员

This position mainly supports and cooperates with the work of the department and sales staff, as well as the maintenance of small and medium-sized domestic customers.

Key Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. 供应商寻源与开发。根据公司研发及业务部门的需求，主动开拓和筛选国内外优质的营养素原料供应商渠道。建立并动态维护供应商资源库，对关键原料类别进行战略性供应商布局。

2. 协同质量、研发部门，对潜在供应商进行问卷调查、样品评估、乃至现场审核，确保其符合公司的质量和法规要求。

3. 询价、比价与议价。负责新产品、新原料的询价工作，以及现有原料的周期性价格审核。组织并执行多方比价原则，对供应商报价进行专业的成本分析和商务谈判，争取更好的采购条款（包括价格、付款方式、交付周期等）。编制比价分析报告，向采购经理/总经理提供清晰的采购建议。

4. 市场分析与成本控制。密切关注原料市场的价格波动、技术发展、法规变化及竞争对手的采购动态，定期输出市场行情分析报告。通过战略寻源、价格谈判、寻找替代原料等方式，持续推动采购成本的优化和降低。

5. 样品与信息管理。负责向供应商索取样品及全套技术资料（COA, TDS, MSDS等），并协调内部流转、送检及结果跟踪。确保所有供应商和原料的相关信息准确、完整地录入公司管理系统。

6. 完成领导交代的其他任务。

1. Supplier Sourcing & Development: Proactively identify and qualify new domestic and international suppliers for nutritional raw materials. Establish and manage a strategic supplier base for key ingredient categories.

2. Supplier Qualification: Collaborate with QA and R&D teams to qualify suppliers through audits, sample evaluations, and document reviews to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

3. Quotation & Negotiation: Manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process. Conduct cost analysis and commercial negotiations to secure optimal terms (price, payment, lead time). Prepare comparison reports and provide sourcing recommendations.

4. Market Intelligence & Cost Control: Monitor market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes for key raw materials. Drive continuous cost reduction through strategic sourcing and negotiation.

5. Sample & Data Management: Manage the sample request process, including obtaining technical documents (COA, TDS, etc.) and coordinating internal approval. Ensure accurate data entry of supplier and material information.

6. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Competence Requirements岗位要求:

1.本科及以上学历，食品科学与工程、制药工程、生物工程、化学、国际贸易等相关专业优先。

2.3年以上采购或供应商管理（SQE）相关工作经验，其中至少2年是在食品、保健品、制药或营养素原料行业。熟悉维生素、矿物质、植物提取物、新食品原料等至少一个大类别的原料市场和主流供应商。有在营养补充剂OEM/ODM代工企业或大型原料贸易商工作经验者优先。

3.英语书面表达流利，达到英语四级CET4级水平。

4.具备出色的商务谈判技巧、沟通技巧和敏锐的成本意识，能够进行有效的成本分析。

5.工作细致、有条理，能承受一定的工作压力，接受出差。

6.为人正直，具备优秀的职业道德和高度的责任心。

7.对工作认真负责，性格沉稳，具备团队协作精神。

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science & Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry, International Trade, or related fields preferred.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or supplier management, with at least 2 years in the food, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or nutritional raw material industry. Familiarity with the market and key suppliers for at least one major category (e.g., vitamins, minerals, plant extracts, novel food ingredients). Experience in a nutritional supplement OEM/ODM manufacturer or a major raw material trading company is a strong plus.

3. Proficient in written English (CET-4 or equivalent level).

4. Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills, a keen sense of cost-consciousness, and the ability to conduct effective cost analysis.

5. Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to travel for business.

6. High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a great sense of responsibility.

7. A responsible and diligent team player with a stable and composed demeanour.
