Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring needs in Korea and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruiting capabilities and be fluent in Korean and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and engage with candidates for open positions in Korea.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define job requirements.

Manage the candidate pipeline and facilitate the interview process.

Work effectively with local and regional teams to achieve hiring goals.

Provide regular updates and reports to the TA Manager regarding sourcing activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a talent acquisition or sourcing role.

Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Japanese

Experience with commercial roles hiring processes is preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
