· Develop, refine, and document IT infrastructure operational policies, processes, procedures, and drive implementation and enhancement.

· Identify opportunities from existing routine tasks or processes for automation and simplification.

· Work as extended team member of regional and global workplace organization to ensure the landing of global solutions are fit-for-purpose of both globalization and market dynamics.

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information system or related discipline.

· Relevant experience in a global, multicultural environment.

· Creative, innovative, and well-organized personnel with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated, independent, diligent, and able to work under pressure.

· Ability to move things forward quickly and solve challenges.

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

· Relevant Microsoft and ITIL certifications are preferred.

· Good knowledge in Microsoft technology, include Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows Server and M365/O365 etc.
