Key relationships: This position reports to Plant Manager, he will work closely with Shift Supervisor, MFEM, MFES, MFT, FNCP, and field maintenance contractors.

Decisions made:

This position will work with Plant Manager to make decision on major facilities maintenance. He will coordinate MFEM/MFES disciplines engineer to decide the equipment off-line maintenance.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Support PID and design package review and improve process flow diagram.

2. Support Hazop and SIL analysis and follow the actions.

3. Lead shift to conduct site safety and quality inspection during site construction phase.

4. Plans and organize site punching activities and action follow-up & closure. Support plant manager on plant take-over in MC phase.

5. Responsible for the achievement of the daily plant maintenance plans with plant maintenance planner and efficient daily maintenance implementation, meeting the operations requirement and HSE standards.

6. Sets daily maintenance priorities with input from the plant coordinator and work with the plant maintenance planner on the daily maintenance plan.

7. Advises and supervises on the operations preparations for the maintenance work and acceptances of the maintenance work, liaising with appropriate departments.

8. Owner of the Spade Management System Issue daily plant maintenance status report.

9. Supervise the conformance of all the HSE standards in the maintenance work preparation and implementation.

10. Health check on the key equipment on the request of shift supervisors and advises shift supervisor on means for improvement equipment reliability.

11. Supervises and coordinates with maintenance contractor on plant modification projects execution.

12. Works with plant maintenance planner on turn around and debottleneck plan and assists in the preparation of the turn around maintenance budget, which generally includes labor, energy, materials, general material and utilities.

5. 负责与装置维修计划员共同完成日常装置维修计划，并高效执行日常维修工作，以满足运营要求和健康、安全、环境（HSE）标准。

6. 根据生产主管的意见设定日常维修工作的优先级，并与装置维护计划员共同制定日常维护计划。

7. 就维护工作的操作准备和验收提供建议和监督，并与相关部门保持联络。

8. 负责Spade管理系统，每日发布装置维修状态报告。

9. 监督维修工作在准备和实施过程中符合所有HSE标准。

10. 根据倒班监督的要求对关键设备进行健康检查，并就提高设备可靠性的方法向倒班监督提供建议。

11. 监督和协调维修承包商执行工厂改造项目。

12. 与装置维修计划员共同制定大修和消除瓶颈计划，并协助准备大修维修预算，该预算通常包括人工、能源、材料、一般物资和公用工程费用。

任职资格:

1. Educational background:

61 College or above is prefer.

2. Work experience:

61 Previous working experience in a Joint Venture environment would be considered a plus.

61 Minimum 15-20 years operations experience for non-graduates or minimum 5 years operations/technology experience for engineering graduates.

61 PC plant experience is also a plus.

3. Language proficiency:

61 Fluent written and spoken English as the working language.

4. PC skills:

61 Proficient in PC skills.
