海外生产总监（接受常驻）

1.管理生产部门，包括制造，冲压工艺。

Manages production department, include fabrication, punching process.

2.根据销售需求进行资源规划(人力和设备) 管理人力资源，确保超额完成;

Do the resources planning (manpower and equipment) based on the sales requirement, and manage the people resources to ensure the OTD;

3.建立每日质量检查程序，以确保***的质量水平，并尽量减少，质量成本

Setup the daily quality check routines to ensure the highest quality level, and minimizethe cost of quality

4.建立日常人员管理程序，以确保***的效率水平，即使有在繁忙时间工作的临时工;

Setup the daily people management routine to ensure the highest efficiency level, even with temporary workers during the peak times;

5.根据业务需求，提出产能增加的建设性建议

Make the constructive proposal for capacity increasing as per business requirements

6.与维修团队合作，确保设备处于良好状态。

Cooperate with maintenance team to keep machines and facility in good condition.

7.领导制造工作小组持续开发和实施在安全、工作流程、生产力、效率和成本方面进行改进和精益化储蓄。

Lead the manufacturing workgroups in developing and implementing both continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives on safety, work process, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.

8.与安全委员会合作，领导所有工作小组推动工厂的改进计划，确保公司交付的产品符合当地法律法规要求，包括风险评估。

Working with safety committee and lead all work groups to drive improvement plans on plant EHS, to ensure compliance with company deliverables, local legislation and regulations including risk assessment.

9.与工程团队合作，支持新产品和样品的快速开发响应。

Working with engineering team to support new product and sample development by very quick response.

10.区分下属的表现，并根据其表现确定奖励, 指导和指导下属的个人和职业发展。

Differentiate subordinate performance and determine rewards based on that performance; Coach and mentor subordinates for personal and professional development.

任职要求

Job Requirements

1.工程专业毕业，机械工程或模具专业优先。

Degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Tooling .

2. 8年以上工业产品及制造业相关工作经验, 5年以上管理工作经验, 金属加工优先。

8+ years relevant experience in industrial products and manufacturing industry with at

least 5 years on managerial level.Metal fabrication is preferred.

3. 熟悉精益生产，TPM，质量控制体系。

Good knowledge in Lean, TPM, quality control system.

4.熟练使用英语和微软办公软件，熟练使用英语和微软办公软件，掌握其他语言者（精通西班牙语、葡萄牙语 ）优先。

Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications,Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, Portuguese) is preferred.

5.领导能力强，注重结果。
