Primary Objective

Crane manufacturing quality assurance system improvement, Incoming Material Quality improvement, Quality of Fabrication and FAT improvement. Lean and 6 sigma improvement.

? Improves quality assurance system of crane manufacturing.
? Improves incoming material and product quality level.
? Lean and 6 sigma implementations.
? Responsibilities for manage Quality Dept. daily running, improve working process.
? Other tasks assigned by manager.
Key Requirements: Education/Working Experience/Professional Experience/Behavioural Competencies
任职要求：教育/工作年限/专业技能/个性要求
Skills & Knowledge:
? University degree majored in mechanic-electric/electric-hydraulic, industrial automatic of machine.
? More than 2 years related working experience in Industry/steel structure company.
? 5 years Quality Management related experience with crane manufacturing is preferred.
? Good learning and communicate skill with English.
? Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma Manufacture is must.
? Welding certificate is a plus
