产品结构工程师

1.Develop new products and components according to customer requirements.

根据客户的要求进行新产品/零件的开发。

2.Dealing R&D work according to the product development schedule with drawing preparation, mold cutting update, FOT & samples verification, part measurement, engineering assembly/testing for functional and durability purpose etc.

按产品开发时间表安排进行各项工作, 如出图，跟进模具，首件样板查核等。零件测量， 工程装配， 耐用功能性测试等等

3.Track, analyze and solve various problems in the process of R & D.

跟踪、分析、解决R & D过程中出现的各类问题。

4.Follow up the trial production of new products until they are successfully put into production.

跟進新産品的試産至順利投産。

5.Prepare product spec. sheet for finishing production, finalized 2D/3D drawing, components & product BOM with verification /testing report

制作产品规格图、零件/产品2D/3D图纸、BOM 以及检测核实报告。

6.co-operation for the design and production of tooling fixtures if needed.

协助工装夹具设计与制作。

Required Experience

1.College degree , major in mechanical Engineering or related.

本科，修读机械或相关专业。（有碳纤维学习经验者优先）

2. More than 3 years of relevant product development experience.

有3年以上相关产品开发经验。（可接受应届毕业生）

3.Proficient in ProE Creo, Auto CAD and Solid works & office software eg. Excel, PPT

熟练运用Creo, AUTO CAD, Solid Works进行造型复杂曲面的产品设计, 办公室软件操作 Excel , PPT

经验要求：有相关实习或工作经验者优先。参与过碳纤维成型项目的实施，对项目流程、质量控制有清晰认知。应届毕业生若在校期间有相关课程设计、实验项目经验，且表现突出，也可积极投递。
