61 Ensure smooth and timely clearance process flow.

确保团队及时顺畅的完成报关工作

61 Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per the SOP

确保操作符合公司标准流程及客户操作要求

61 Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.

确保操作信息及时准确录入至操作系统

61 Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction.

关注货物操作情况，保证客户满意度

61 Support the Executive in the following areas:

协助报关主管完成以下工作：

1) Allocating workloads, monitoring workboards to ensure internal KPI’s are met e.g., timely keying.

团队工作安排，追踪操作系统确保操作满足内部KPI要求，如录入时效等

2) Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.

及时了解政策及法律法规变化，并将信息给到团队同事

3) Ensure operation in compliance with the regulations of local Customs laws and other government agencies.

保证操作符合海关及相关法律法规要求

Experience:

61 Bachelor degree or above

本科以上学历

61 Global logistics industry knowledge, good customs knowledge and experience in different industry

具备国际物流相关知识,丰富的报关经验及知识

61 At least 3 years of Customs Broker’s experience is required. Pass CCBA test is preferred

三年以上相关经验，持有报关协会报关水平测试优先

61 Good knowledge of customs brokerage process and system essential

熟悉报关流程及报关系统

61 Use of standard office equipment and good computer skills (e.g. MS Excel, MS word etc.)

熟练使用电脑及办公软件

61 Good English communication skills.

良好的英语沟通能力

61 The ability to effectively interact with all types of clients.
