供应商业绩评估以及监控供应商质量目标的完成

• Follow up supplier annual audit plan, contained supplier system and process audit

执行年度供应商审核计划, 包括供应商体系及过程审核

• Mornitoring supplier daily quality problems, follow up the quality improvement effectively

监控供应商日常质量问题及时处理,并跟踪供应商改进有效实施

• Monitoring supplier internal continuous improvement

监控供应商内部持续改进和改善

• Follow up the SCR(supplier change request)status

跟踪供应商零件更改实施状态

• Follow up cost recovery for supplier quality problem and Supplier quality capability improvement

负责跟踪原材料质量问题索赔情况及供应商质量能力提升

• Support localization process for SCM team

支持工厂采购推进国产化项目的实施

• Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety

遵守并支持EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全

Basic qualifications 基本条件

• Good English writing and speaking skills

流利的英语口语及书面表达能力

• Be skilled in using computer office software

熟练使用电脑办公软件

• Good teamwork spirit and stress ability

良好的团队协作精神及抗压能力

Nice to haves (preferred qualifications) 期望条件

• 2 years related work experience, good supplier audit experience, resolve problem with quality tools proficiently, familiar with IATF

16949.

2 年以上相关工作经验，有供应商过程审核经验，熟练使用质量工具解决问题，熟悉VDA/IATF 16949体系，有审核员证书优先

a) the automotive process approach to auditing, including risk based thinking/汽车审核过程方法，包括基于风险的思维;

b) applicable customer and organization specific requirements/适用的顾客特定和组织特定要求

c) applicable ISO9001 and IATF 16949 requirements related to the scope of audit/IS09001和IATF16949中适用的与审核范围有关的要求

d) applicable manufacturing/适用的待审核制造过程，包括PFMEA和控制计划

e) applicable core tool requirements related to the scope of the audit/与审核范围有关的适用的核心工具要求

f)plan/conduct/prepare audit report and close out audit finds/ 计划审核/实施审核/编制审核报告并关闭审核发现

• Bachelor degree and above
