Quality Engineer 质量工程师

1. New Product/Project Development Support

Support new product/project development per APQP requirements until customer approval.

2. Cross-Department Quality Interface & Document Work

Act as quality interface for Develop, IE, Purchasing, LEAN & Production; join core team to create/update P-FMEA and control plans.

3. Manufacturing Process & Risk Management

Ensure manufacturing follows approved procedures/specifications; conduct irregular risk assessment for error-proofing, final inspection, interim quality gate.

4. Complaint Handling & Concession Management

Monitor & support troubleshooting for internal/external (customer) complaints; follow the “problem-solving" process to handle complaints; organize/handle concession procedures for responsible project/process.

5. Audit Support

Conduct internal product/process audits; support external visits and audits.

6. KPI Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor defined KPI regularly and conduct reporting.

7. Engineering Change & Lessons Learned Management

Ensure effective input/output of engineering change and lessons learned in product process.

8. Other Assigned Tasks

Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with ISO 9001 2015/IATF16949 related requirements and training course.

2. Good communication and explanation skills.

3. Good coach experience for ISO 9001 2015 and IATF16949.

4. Proficient working with Quality core tools like APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, etc.

5. Able to prioritize work and keep key stakeholders informed of progress.

6. Good coach skills for quality management tools.

7. Work independently and effectively with attention to details for the respective industry field.

8. Experience in regular meetings and conversations with related people from oversea company.
