BD Director

1、 Accelerate the business development across the globe through out-licensing and co-development

2、 Identify and develop top tie pharmaceutical companies at each region/country especially specialized in the anesthesia market

3、 Coordinate cross-functional team to discuss with potential global partners and support customer inquiries and due diligence

4、 Term sheet coordination and contract review with customers

5、 Participant in the company’s product pipeline strategy and planning and search for the in-licensing opportunities with new or existing global partners

6、 Keep up with the latest market and industry development landscape, define the company market positioning strategy, work closely with the company leadership and cross functional management team to design and execute the company’s business strategy

7、 Company product business case study by leveraging internal and external resources and effectively communicate with KOL, key hospital customers, cooperation partners, external consultant providers, channel partners etc.

8、 Other tasks nominated by lead management, potential to promote the position to secretary of the board

Qualifications：

1、 Minimum Master degree with medicine/pharmacy or related background, Ph.D/MBA preferred

2、 At least 5 years’ business development experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech company with out-licensing experience, successful global pharmaceutical partnership experience preferred

3、 Strong written and verbal English skills

4、 Strong sense of cross-culture understanding and communication skills, enthusiasm in entrepreneurship and leadership and willing to take responsibilities

5、 Familiar with the global market and demands of pharmaceutical field, experience with anesthesia product portfolio preferred

6、 International travelling required
