- Prepare the tooling or equipment required for the new product within

the specified time. On the premise of ensuring the safety of operation, the

existing tooling structure is constantly optimized to increase versatility,

reduce cost, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.

- According to the requirements from APQA, actively participate in the

research and development of new products, and timely prepare effective process

(such as instructions, PFMEA, etc.) and process quality control documents.

- Lead the temporary occurrence of important quality or technical

problems on site, go deep into the site, continuously promote the solution of

problems, resume production as soon as possible, and ensure delivery.

- Track and count the process quality or technical problems that have

been confusing the production (or customer site) for a long time, use common

quality tools, plan effective investigation and verification tests, and conduct

in-depth implementation on site, so as to ultimately solve these problems and

improve process quality. And accurately record and file the resolution process.

- Prepare and effectively implement the process discipline audit plan.

For each audit, there should be an objective and accurate report.

- Be able to correctly understand and use PDCA, lean production and six

sigma and other continuous improvement tools to improve process capability,

reduce waste and improve output in the responsible area.

- Master the project management skills and manage new production

introduction through training. Provided technical support for other departments

like front-end sales, customer complaints, supply chain and project management

to improve internal and external customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience, motor,

electrical, mechanical background.

- Master the basic electrical theory. Good drawing and reading skills.

- Familiar with electrical design manual and international standards

- Rich experience in production field.

- Be proactively in work, combine theory with practice, analyze rigorously

and have strong logical thinking ability.

- Strong self-learning ability, be aggressive, constantly learn new

knowledge and skills according to the needs of the position, and can correctly

apply to the actual work.

- Good in execution, planning, teamwork and communication.

- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.

- Proficient in CAD & Office.
