二、任职要求 / Requirements

61 本科及以上学历，专业不限，统计学、数据科学、计算机或供应链相关专业优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited; Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Supply Chain-related majors preferred.

61 至少3年以上数据分析、数据挖掘或相关经验，有制造业经验者优先。

Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, or related fields; manufacturing industry experience preferred.

61 熟练掌握 SQL、Python（Pandas/NumPy/SciPy）等常用分析工具者优先。

Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy/SciPy), and other common analytical tools preferred.

61 熟练使用 Power Automate、SmartSheet、SharePoint 者优先。

Proficiency in Power Automate, SmartSheet, and SharePoint preferred.

61 熟悉统计学、数据建模等数据分析方法，能独立完成建模与算法设计。

Familiar with statistical methods and data modeling, capable of independently completing modeling and algorithm design.

61 有大型数据分析项目经验，能推动落地实施。

Experience with large-scale data analysis projects, able to drive implementation.

61 具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。

Strong logical thinking, communication, coordination skills, and team spirit.
