RD Engineer, Electronics/电子研发工程师(J10025)

1.Participate or organize in project group, take technical analysis for market and customer demands, and complete feasibility analysis.

2.Participate in technology decision, providing sufficient technical specifications.

3.In charge of design, fabrication, and testing in procedure of product development.

4.Lead or participate in the development of supply chain for new projects, formulate the quality standards and test methods for raw materials.

5.Lead or participate to set up pilot production line of new products.

6.Project schedule management, Feed back to the customer accurately and timely.

7.Assist in solving technical and quality problems in the production process after the transfer.

8.Pay attention to market dynamics, technology updates, customer needs, cost requirements, and continue to improve.

Requirements

1.PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Opto-Electronic, Laser-Electronic, Optical system, or related field.

2.2+ years of hands-on RD experience in electronics design & development for laser system, photonic devices, optical system or related

3.Expertise in analog/digital circuit design for laser applications (e.g., TEC controllers, pulsed laser drivers, photodetector interfaces)

4.Proficiency in FPGA programming (Xilinx, Altera) and microcontroller-based systems (ARM, PIC).

5.Hands-on experience with PCB fabrication, soldering, and testing (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers).

6.Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, Ethernet) and IoT-enabled laser systems

7.Familiar with optical components (e.g., mirrors, lenses, gratings) and characterization tools (spectrometers, power meters, beam profilers)

8.Proficient in experimental and laboratory skills, such as data collection and analysis, technical document writing, and presentation skills.

9.Proficient in English writing and speaking.
