成本会计Costing Accountant

1. Be responsible for establishing and optimizing the cost management system and process, constructing the cost analysis and control model, and continuously improving the cost control methods and tools. 负责建立和优化成本管理体系和流程，构建成本分析和控制模型，不断改进成本控制方法和工具。

2. Analyse the variance between the actual and the standard and collaborate with related departments to make necessary improvements. 分析实际与标准之间的差异，并与相关部门协作进行必要的改进。

3. Implement the company's cost monitoring and early warning mechanism, track the changes of key cost drivers, and issue early warnings of any possible adverse effects. 实施公司的成本监控和预警机制，跟踪关键成本驱动因素的变化，并对任何可能的不利影响提出预警。

4. Support the annual budget by providing the product cost breakdown by SKU and the standard margin analysis report. 通过提供按SKU划分的产品成本明细和标准利润分析报告来支持年度预算。

5. Cooperate with the Operation/Supply Chain to ensure that the factory can meet the VAVE budget target. 与运营/供应链合作，确保工厂能够实现VA/VE预算目标。

6. Analyse and reconcile inventory transactions for accuracy and completeness to support monthly financial reporting. 分析和核对库存交易的准确性和完整性，以支持月度财务报告。

7. Calculate the Inventory reserve monthly based on aging inventory. 根据账龄库存按月计算库存预算。

8. Monitor, analyze and control the fixed/variable cost to ensure cost accuracy, and resolve problems when they arise with related departments/function teams. 监控、分析和控制固定/可变成本，以确保成本准确性，并在相关部门/职能团队出现问题时解决问题。

9. Cost reporting and data analysis: Prepare and submit cost reports and data analysis to the management, providing accurate cost information to support decision-making. 成本报告和数据分析：并向管理层提交成本报告和分析，提供准确的成本信息以支持决策。

10. Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with the finance, procurement, and other departments to optimize the procurement and cost management processes through collaboration. 与其他部门协作：与财务、采购和其他部门密切合作，通过协作优化采购和成本管理流程。

11. Daily order intake & sales tracking /FC /SFC report preparation. 每日订单接收，销售跟踪/FC/SFC报告准备。

12. Daily project closing timely & Invoicing &AR settlement. 及时完成日常项目结算、发票开具和应收账款结算。

13. Other work matters assigned by superiors.上级经理交代的其他工作事宜。

REQUIREMENTS要求：

89 bachelor’s degree in finance / supply chain / engineering / business Administration. 金融/供应链/工程/工商管理学士学位。

89 At least 5 years’ experience in difference Finance position, costing experience is mandatory. 至少5年以上不同财务职位的工作经验，有成本计算经验。

89 Solid costing systems background. 扎实的成本计算系统背景。

89 Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. 较强的人际交往和影响能力。

89 Excellent communication skills within multi-national/ multi-layer team as well as a moderator. 在跨国/多层次团队中具有出色的沟通技巧以及工作经验。

89 Mature operation skills of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.). 熟练操作微软办公软件（Excel、PowerPoint、Word等）。

89 Fluent in spoken and written English/Chinese.英语/中文听说读写流利。

89 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 较强的抗压能力，准时完成工作。

89 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 能够独立工作并融入团队工作。
