IT服务工程师

1. 保障公司网络和服务器可用Responsible for operational status of local site network and servers

2. 公司信息系统账号、数据及系统访问管理Responsible for identity and data and system access management

3. 管理IT资产，维护好软件使用及安装记录；Responsible for IT asset inventory

4. 周期性检查本地文件数据安全，确保数据被安全有效管理并且保持备Responsible for data backup

5. 借助外部服务供应商支持，维护第三方软件或系统Responsible for all 3rd systems IT support at the site including externally managed systems

6. 按照IT服务水平协议为用户提供桌面技术支持Responsible for providing IT service delivery per agreed SLA

7. 维护、支持并升级公司电脑操作系统Maintain, support and upgrade all operating systems

8. 做好IT Policy普及和推广工作，跟进公司内部或外部审计，确保IT合规。Support all IT policies compliance tasks and process at the site as required from IT central management

9. 跟进公司信息安全项目，提高用户信息安全意识，保障公司信息安全Support all Volex Cybersecurity projects tasks at the site as required from IT or Security central management, safeguard company cyber security

10. 上司安排的其他工作任务。

Other tasks appointed by reporting managers.

Skills and Attributes 技能及相关任职要求:

1. 大专以上学历，三年以上IT support岗位工作经验；

Formal education in a support/ technical environment, Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT environment

2. 能够熟练地在Windows客户端和服务器中进行基本操作；

Excellent knowledge of Windows client and Windows server

3. 熟悉网络交换机和路由器及其基本操作；

Be good at basic operation in network switch and router

4. 熟悉虚拟机环境及其基本操作；

Know basic operation in virtualize platform

5. 良好的英文读写能力；

Be good at read/written English

6. 具备良好的服务意识及沟通协调能力，有责任心。

Independent, committed, and strong sense of ownership

7. 具备信息安全意识及基本的信息安全知识

With basic Cybersecurity awareness and knowledge

8．有较强的学习接受新知识的能力

Be capable of studying and understanding new knowledge
